This is a gate fold card ~ me with my fancy folds! The ribbon is the belly band!
Here is a tutorial so you can try... My card is turned so it opens top up/ bottom down...so it isn't even a regular gate fold!! It really depends how the image you are using including fits!

I have always loved this little darling! looking so comfy with her cuppa something yummy to drink, just kicking back and relaxing!
